To turn email forwarding on or off, see Microsoft's Turn On or Off Automatic Forwarding in Outlook.com. Please do not select "Keep a copy of forwarded messages". If you do, it will be automatically turned off nightly so as not to consume disk space storing messages that are duplicated to another email provider.
